Service Days
In addition to Student-Run projects, 8th Dimension organizes frequent Saturday Service Days. Service Days cover a wide variety of activities and interests. In the past, they have included environmental clean-ups, housing and school improvement projects, Philadelphia AIDS walk, Walk Against Hunger, and Light the Night Walk (against Leukemia and Lymphoma). Service Days are a one-time commitment and free transportation is always provided. Some events, such as the AIDS Walk, may include a fundraising component.
