In addition, the Fund supports programs that assist individuals and families facing the challenges of chronic medical conditions. Alex's desire to make the world a better place guides us always in choosing worthwhile projects.

The Katie At The Bat Team is an organization dedicated to empowering inner-city girls to achieve their full potential through participation in athletics. We provide school-year programs, summer camp opportunities and promote partnerships which use athletics as a means to bridge urban and suburban communities. Our programs incorporate character development, nutrition, fitness and academic support while providing long term support from coaches and volunteers to help Katie athletes make positive life choices.
