The foundation of the dining services program is to provide quality food and service.Haverford College is a residential institution where over 96% of the student body lives on campus and actively participates in campus life. The College feels that dining together with students and other members of the community is crucial to the development of the student as well as to the vitality of the Haverford experience. Meal PlansAll residential students are automatically enrolled in a 20-meal per week Board Plan, which provides access to all meals served in the Dining Center (photo at right). This plan is mandatory for all residential students except those upper class students living in Reed House, 710 College Avenue, or Haverford College Apartments. Students not on the meal plan that would like to eat at the Dining Center can purchase an any 10 meal per week plan, or buy individual meal tickets. The student I.D. card provides access for all students on the 20 and 10 meal plans to the Dining Center at Haverford College as well as all Bryn Mawr College dining halls. Students who participate in a Haverford College meal plan are also entitled to use the dining facilities at Swathmore College by obtaining a special Swathmore pass. We value your comments and suggestions on any service we offer. Please contact John Francone, Director, Dining Services. |
