First, look at the campus calendar of events to see what else is going on the day you hope to have your event.

Then, simply complete all fields on this form (below) to the best of your ability to reserve a space for a student event or performance in a campus space. Exceptions: Alumni Fieldhouse, CPGC Cafe, GIAC Multipurpose Room, Humanities Center, James House, Marshall Auditorium, Multicultural Center, and the Union Classrooms.
