The CPGC Café serves as a meeting place for students, faculty, and staff to discuss local and global concerns while enjoying freshly brewed organic fair trade coffee, a variety of herbal teas, and specialty confections baked by our own student bakers.
The Café offers a full range of audiovisual equipment and a lending library. During evening hours, the Café is frequently reserved by students, faculty, or staff for special events.
Interested in working at the Café? Server and baker positions become available on a routine basis. Stop by the main CPGC office in Stokes 107 to pick up an application. Applications are kept on file and reviewed as positions open up.
The CPGC has successfully participated in the Committee on Environmental Responsibility Green Office Program and has earned a “Green Squirrel” designation. This means that when you reserve the Café for an event, it is required that you use only recyclable, compostable or biodegradable products. The Café does not provide these products.
Please note: All events held in the Café which are catered by the Dining Center use environmentally responsible products at a small additional expense.
