Christopher Scott & John Dougherty
614 Roxborough Avenue * Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19128

Acoustic contemporary, alternative and original music. Each partner plays guitar and sings vocals, both leads and harmonies. Other instruments include piano, mandolin, banjo, harmonica and percussion. This group has performed in and around Philadelphia for the past seven years. The act is very interactive, adaptive and dynamic. Scott & Dougherty have played for college audiences, cafes, weddings, private parties, benefits, Christmas/Holiday parties, kids, and small performance halls. Their primary direction targets acoustic performances of original music ranging from alternative to pop to comedic to ballads. The point is not to make people dance as much as make people feel, although dancing often erupts.
