The Online Recruiting Tutorial provides juniors and seniors with the foundation for a successful experience in the recruiting program. The fundamentals of a job search will be discussed, and training provided for use of CDO's OCEAN (Online Career Exploration and Networking) web based system. While all students may view information in OCEAN, training is REQUIRED to use the system to submit applications, and eventually, schedule interviews.
The Online Recruiting Tutorial has been revised with new, important information. As such, all juniors and seniors wishing to participate in the Recruiting Program are required to attend one during their senior year, even if they completed the orientation in past years.
