The On Campus Recruiting Program provides easy opportunities to connect with employers who have taken the initiative to reach out to Bryn Mawr and Haverford undergraduate students.
There are a variety of entry-level full time positions which current seniors may apply for. Occasionally during the spring semester there will be some internships. Opportunities represented include the Not For Profit, For Profit, and Public Service sectors. There may also be some year-long internships and other opportunities suitable for graduating seniors.

Starting in late September, employers will begin to come to campus to conduct interviews for entry-level positions and some internships. The first deadlines for these applications will be in mid-September. For on campus interviews, you are able to submit your application through OCEAN. If selected, the interviews are conducted conveniently in the interview rooms in either CDO. In order to be eligible to apply and interview through the Recruiting Program, you must complete an Online Recruiting Tutorial. Occasionally employers interview for internships as well.
Sometimes employers wish to recruit our students, but are not able to come to campus to conduct the interviews. This may be as result of their location or lack of available time. In this case, the job is often posted on OCEAN as a Resume Referral. You may submit your application through OCEAN, and employers will contact you directly to make interview arrangements if they are interested. There are also many opportunities for underclassman to apply for internships through this process.
Throughout the year various employers and graduate schools will be coming to campus just to speak to BMC and HC seniors. They are interested in telling you about the opportunities they offer, and provide an excellent way for you to explore various graduate school or career paths and learn about entry-level positions. Many employers send alumnae/i to represent their organizations at Information Sessions, enabling you to gain an understanding from someone who is also familiar with the bi-college environment. A number of graduate/professional schools will also conduct Information Sessions or Information Tables.
All applications for On Campus Interviews and Resume Referrals are done through our online system OCEAN (Online Career Exploration And Networking). While all students may browse the information in OCEAN, in order to apply for any On Campus Interviews or Resume Referrals you must complete an Online Recruiting Tutorial.
All Information Sessions, On Campus Interview deadlines and Resume Referral deadlines are listed in OCEAN. Seniors are sent the CDO Compass email newsletter every other week, which also lists this information.
