INTERNS and POST-DOCs/POST-GRADs

Patricia Constantinian: Patricia will be back with us for a fifth year as a post-doctoral intern. She completed her doctorate in the fall of 2007 through the Psy.D. program of Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. She completed a master's degree in Armenian Studies in 1994 and her undergraduate degree in Oriental Studies in 1987, both from Columbia University. Patricia's previous psychotherapy experience includes practicum placements at the Parnes Psychology Clinic at the Ferkauf School; at the Second Chance program, an inpatient unit of New York Presbyterian Hospital; and at the Counseling Center at Rutgers University. Patricia speaks several foreign languages including: Armenian, French, Georgian, German, Persian, Spanish, and Turkish.

Kristen English: Kristen earned her Psy.D. from Chestnut Hill College in Clinical Psychology. She served as a pre-doctoral intern at CAPS during the 2006-07 academic year, and last year she completed a pre-doctoral internship at the counseling center of Norwich University (Vermont). Kristen earned her masters degree from Chestnut Hill College in 2004 and her bachelor degree from Swarthmore College in 2001, both in psychology. Her previous clinical experience includes working with individuals, families, and couples in an outpatient clinic and working with college students as an intern at the Chestnut Hill College counseling center. In addition, Kristen coached women's lacrosse at a collegiate level for five years, both at Swarthmore and Claremont College in California.

Jayme Haynes: Jayme is a doctoral student of clinical psychology at Widener University. She has a masters degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. in psychology from Loyola College (Maryland). This past year she’s had intern experience at Friends Hospital (Philadelphia) doing group and individual therapy. Also this past year she served as “mobile therapist” at the Devereaux Treatment Center (Pennsylvania). During her undergraduate days, Jayme studied for a year at Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand. While in Bangkok she also taught English to elementary age children at the Klonkajala School.

Dan Livney: Dan is a doctoral student of clinical psychology at Chestnut Hill College. He has a masters degree in counseling psychology (2005) from Chestnut Hill College and a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania (1992). Dan has had intern experience at the Girard Medical Center (Philadelphia) where he did psychological evaluations, intake interviews, and group therapy. He also was an intern at the Philadelphia Consultation Center where he did individual psychotherapy with a diverse array of clients. Prior to and while making the transition to clinical psychology Dan has worked/works as a Senior Database Administrator for Business & Decision, Inc.
