The Non-Academic Scheduling office is located in Whitehead Campus Center, Room 007.
Our office can assist with scheduling the use of rooms for non-academic purposes, planning for events and assisting with planning room setups and catering services. If you would like to reserve a room for non-academic purposes, you can do so using "/manage". Please reference the Other Reservations information for whom to contact when scheduling events coordinated by other offices.
Reserving A Room
All requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
