Walter Sullivan, Director of Quaker Affairs, and other members of Earth Quaker Action Team will talk about their experience being arrested and held in jail for close to 24 hours while protesting PNC Bank's support of mountain-top removal coal mining.

Join Walter Sullivan, Director of Quaker Affairs, and other members of Earth Quaker Action Team (EQAT) from the tri-co community as they share their experiences being arrested and held in jail for close to 24 hours while protesting PNC Bank's support of environmentally harmful mountain-top removal coal mining.
The "Truth-Telling Seven" were arrested in Pittsburg on October 21st for refusing to leave the lobby outside of a PNC bank. This action is part of a four year plan to get PNC to stop supporting mountain-top removal coal mining.
A discussion will take place in the Multicultural Center (MCC) in Stokes 106 from 4:30- to 5:45 P.M.
Afterwards, we invite you to join us for dinner and a continued discussion of civil disobedience and their experiences being held overnight in jail. Quaker House (HCA #50) will be hosting the dinner from 6:00- 7:30 P.M.
