Arancha Garcia del Soto, former CPGC Global Leader for Peace
Charles Vincent ’77 is president of the NGO Dialogue for Personal and Professional Development. At the UN World Food Programme (WFP), he directed some of the organization’s most complex humanitarian relief operations. Over his 27-year career, his WFP teams impacted the lives of an estimated 20 million food-insecure people.
Arancha Garcia del Soto teaches at universities in Spain, Colombia and the U.S. An expert in the psychosocial aspects of humanitarian relief work and human rights, Dr. Garcia taught a course on the theory and practice of humanitarian studies while serving as the CPGC Global Leader for Peace in 2012.
