The Big Trees of Pennsylvania
Description
Scott Wade has criss-crossed Pennsylvania, his measuring equipment always ready, in a constant hunt for the state's largest trees. In the process, he's delved into the history of Penn's Woods and how we've shaped the land over the past 300 years.
Arboretum Association members and interested friends will enjoy a wine reception, followed by a short business meeting and then a buffet dinner in the college's stately Founders Great Hall. The evening will conclude with Scott's presentation.
