Network for New Music Ensemble
Description
On Friday, April 12 at 8 PM, the Department of Music presents the Network for New Music Ensemble performing “Projecting Light”. Composers Eric Chasalow, Benjamin Broening, David Taddie, Mark Zaki and Maurice Wright find new ways to illuminate the deepest places in the human experience, using acoustic instruments, electronic media, and projected video in a multi-faceted, incandescent evening. A pre-concert event at 7:30 PM features the West Chester University Laptop Ensemble. This evening of music will be held in Roberts Hall, Marshall Auditorium, and is free and open to the public.
