Description
Assassins is a chilling musical comedy by Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman. In a critique of fundamental American ideals, it follows nine presidential assassins and would-be assassins -- among them John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald -- on their quests to achieve the American Dream by killing the President of the United States. Assassins is a work of challenging and intelligent humor which will make you laugh, just as it questions your American identity.
