Payroll
There are three different payrolls:
- Monthly (Faculty and Administrative/Professional)
- Bi-weekly (Staff); Timesheet: Office 97 Format, Office 2000 Format
- Student; Timesheet:
Adobe PDF Format

All new employees (including students) must complete form
W-4 (Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate)
,
form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)
and
form Local Earned
Income Tax
in
the Business Office before they can receive their first check.
New employees sign up for benefits (where applicable) with Joanne Gullifer (896-1219), Human Resources Assistant, or Sandra D. Dunham (896-1241), Human Resources Representative. Human Resources sends the information to the Payroll Office.
As required by federal law, staff (non-exempt) employees must submit timesheets for all hours worked in order to be paid. Approved timesheets are due in the Payroll Office by noon on the Monday before pay day.
Student employees must submit timesheets approved by their supervisors no later than the last day of
each month in order to be paid on the 15th of the month. Click here for detailed information about
