KINSC L205 and H011 Computer Projection System Directions

  1. Lower the projection screen with the screen control switch located to the left of the chalkboard.
  2. Connect your laptop computer with the supplied computer video cable.  One end connects to your laptop’s video output connector and the other end connects to the “PC” jack on the system input plate, located on the wall.
  3. If you need computer audio connect the small audio plugs at each end of the video cable to your laptop’s headphone jack and to the “AUDIO” input under the “PC” input on the system input plate.
  4. Turn on the projector by pressing the “PC” button on the “Control Center.”  The LED light next to the selected input will illuminate.  The projector will take several seconds to reach full brightness.

  1. Turn on your laptop computer and let it boot up.  If the image from you computer is not displayed on the computer projector you will have to adjust your laptop’s video settings.  For example: On a PC use the function-F8 key combination.  On a Mac you can close the top (put it to sleep) and open up again and/or turn on the video mirroring feature.
  2. Adjust the volume with the “Volume” control on the “Control Center” and with your laptop’s volume control.
  3. To turn off the projector simply press and hold the “PC” button for 5 full seconds.  The LED light next to the “PC” button will flash and then turn off, indicating that the projector has been turned off.  Note that the fan on the projector will continue to run for about 1 minute.  This is normal.
