Tom and Roger are quite often out of the office delivering equipment. If you are a faculty or staff member having some sort of AV emergency and we are not immediately reachable by phone please:

During normal business hours (9 am -5 pm, Monday to Friday):

1. Leave a message on our answering machine at 610-896-1193 (We may return to the office shortly)
2. Call your department secretary who can try our cell phone number.

After hours or on the weekend:

1. Call Haverford College Security at 610-896-1111 and ask them to contact Roger or Tom.
