Cross country teams earn USTFCCCA All-Academic team honors

03/03/09 - Both teams received the honors for placing at the NCAA Regional and having a minimum team GPA of 3.10.
NEW ORLEANS – The Haverford College men’s and women’s cross country teams were named U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Teams on Monday.
For a team to be considered for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award, they must have competed and compiled a team score at an NCAA Regional Meet. The team must also have a minimum 3.10 team cumulative grade point average.
On the women’s side, the Centennial Conference was one of five conferences tied with eight teams on the list.
