Four Softball Players Earn All-Conference Honors
Haverford softball players Natalie Richman, Dana Irshay, Cassandra
Searls and Allison Frank have been named All-Centennial Conference
in a vote conducted by the conference's coaches. Richman, Irshay
and Searls all earned Second Team All-CC honors, while Frank was

Haverford Splits With Arcadia;
Garibotto Extends Consecutive Scoreless Innings Streak to 24 in
Game Two
Sophomore pitcher Becky Garibotto, the reigning
Centennial Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week, tossed a complete
game, five-hit shut out in game two of Haverford's final doubleheader
of the season Monday afternoon to lead the host Fords past Arcadia,
2-0. Garibotto extended her program-best
scoreless innings streak to 24 with the shut out. The Knights
took game one from the Fords, 11-7, in nine innings. Haverford
concludes its season with an overall record of 22-14. Arcadia

Garibotto & Sullivan Earn Centennial Player of the Week Honors
Haverford sophomore pitcher Becky Garibotto
and junior third baseman Lindsey Sullivan have earned Centennial
Conference Pitcher and Player of the Week honors for the first
time this season for their performances last week. Garibotto &
Sullivan helped lead the Fords to a 5-1 record last week. more...

Richman & Garibotto Lead Haverford to Sweep Over Muhlenberg
Sophomore Natalie Richman hit a game-winning
two-run home run in game one while sophomore pitcher Becky Garibotto
tossed a complete game one hitter in game two to help host Haverford
sweep visiting Muhlenberg Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference
softball action. The Fords took down the Mules, 5-3, in game one
and won game two, 2-0. Haverford improves to 21-13 overall and
9-7 in Centennial play with the sweep, while Muhlenberg falls
to 9-23 and 6-10. more...

Fords Shut Out Eagles in Both Games of Doubleheader
The Haverford softball team shut out visiting
Eastern in a non-conference doubleheader Thursday afternoon. The
Fords took game one, 3-0, and blanked the Eagles in game two,
4-0. Freshman Cassandra Searls picked up a win in the circle in
game one, and registered a team-high three hits with a run scored
at the dish in the doubleheader. more...

Haverford & Swarthmore Split Softball Doubleheader
Host Swarthmore posted a 10-2 five-inning
win over visiting Haverford, but the Fords rallied from a 4-2
deficit with one run in each of the final three innings to take
game two, 5-4. Freshman Cassandra Searls went 3-for-5 in the doubleheader
with two runs scored, two doubles and two walks. Haverford moves
its record to 17-13 overall and 7-7 in Centennial play, while
Swarthmore now stands at 19-11 and 9-5. more...

Bullets Sweep Fords
The Haverford softball team dropped a pair
of one run games Sunday afternoon at Centennial opponent Gettysburg.
The Fords fell by a 1-0 score in their second consecutive contest
in game one. Gettysburg was able to rally and score the game-winning
run in the bottom of the seventh inning to take game two from
Haverford, 5-4. Haverford drops to 16-12 overall and 6-6 in Centennial
play with the losses, while Gettysburg improves to 17-11 and 7-5.
