Entering her third year as head coach, Jen Ward will look to build on her team's momentum after a successful 2006 campaign. A recent Haverford graduate, Ward's fresh perspective has breathed new life into the softball program.
Under her direction the Fords have celebrated unprecedented success. After tying the program record with 11 wins in 2005, Ward led her squad to a Centennial Conference title and a berth in the NCAA Division III National Tournament in 2006. Last season marked the first-ever winning season in program history. Ward seeks to continue to create high expectations and a winning tradition for Haverford softball.
Caitlin Kimura will return for a second year as an assistant coach for the Fords. An All-Centennial Conference performer in both basketball and softball as a student-athlete at Haverford, Kimura will continue to work primarily with the outfielders.
