During winter break, Lloyd battled altitude sickness and temperatures both scalding and frigid as she, her mother and her brother hiked to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro. -
03/09/09 – The Haverford women's field hockey team found themselves near the top of the 2008 D-III national academic award list. -
11/18/08 - Haverford was represented by 32 student-athletes from five fall teams. -
11/14/08 – The Centennial Conference released their 2008 Fall Sportsmanship Team list with four Fords earning a spot on the roster. -
11/04/08 – The league office released their 2008 All-Centennial field hockey team on Tuesday and two Fords earned all-conference honors.
Former Argentina Olympian ('92, '96) Pablo Lombi (back row, center) took some time off from his duties as his country's Under-21 Men's national team coach to be the guest coach with Colleen Quinn's Haverford squad throughout their week of preseason training in Buenos Aires this past August.
