Facilities: Arn and Nancy Tellem Fitness Center
The core of the college’s strength and conditioning work occurs in the Arn and Nancy Tellem Fitness Center, a 7,200-square-foot resource for varsity teams and the college community alike.
The fitness center has about 100 different workout options, including free weights, exercise bicycles, and cardiovascular and strength training machines.
The Fitness Center is located on the first floor (directly to the right of the information desk) of the Douglas B. Gardner ‘83 Integrated Athletic Center.
