11/03/09 - After finishing first at the Centennial Conference Championship meet last Saturday, Emily Lipman was named Runner of the Week. -
11/03/09 - Men’s cross country had nine members make the list which is the most from any team in the conference. -
10/31/09 - Sophomore Emily Lipman raced to the individual league title Saturday morning at the conference championship meet. -
10/23/09 – The JV squad took to the Alumni Course on campus and came away with top-notch performances. -
10/20/09 - The sophomore was the top Division III runner at the Princeton Invitational last Saturday

10/02/09 - Emily Lipman was the Fords’ top-finisher, coming in 10th. -
09/24/09 – The Fords hosted the Main Line Invite on Thursday afternoon and used a pack-mentality to finish with a strong showing on their home course. -
09/22/09 - The Fords return three of their top-five scorers from last season and look to finish in the top of the conference and region this fall. -
03/03/09 - Both teams received the honors for placing at the NCAA Regional and having a minimum team GPA of 3.10. -
02/27/09 - The men's team had the most student-athletes on the all-academic list for the second straight year.

Why Run Women's Cross Country at Haverford?
- During his 20 years as Head Coach, Fran Rizzo has guided the Fords to 10 Centennial Conference titles in cross country and track & field.
- Women's cross country became a varsity sport in 1987 and the team has won three Centennial Conference championships since 1993.
- During Coach Fran Rizzo's tenure, the Fords have qualified for the Division III cross country nationals ten times, finishing as high as 10th.
