Meyers & Steenbergen Named to IWLCA Honor Roll
Haverford College women's lacrosse alumnae
Katie Meyers '07 and Sarah Steenbergen '07 have been named to
the 2007 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Association
(IWLCA) Division III Academic Honor Roll. All nominees for the
squad must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and hold junior or senior class

Fords Fall to Eastern in Season Finale, 14-10
Jessie Basch scored six goals and dished out
five assists to lead visiting Eastern past host Haverford in its
season finale Monday afternoon, 14-10, in non-conference women's
lacrosse action. Haverford finishes its season with a 6-10 overall
record, while Eastern improves to 12-2 going into the Pennsylvania
Athletic Conference postseason tournament. Senior Tripti Tewari
and sophomore Lauren Finkel each had three goals in the game to

Big First Half Pushes Swarthmore Past Haverford, 13-9
Host Swarthmore jumped out to a 7-3 halftime
lead en route to a 13-9 victory over visiting Haverford Saturday
afternoon in Centennial Conference women's lacrosse action. Sophomore
Lauren Finkel scored a team-high three goals and had an assist
for Haverford in the losing effort. The Garnet improve to 10-7

Finkel's Career-High Six Goals Lifts Haverford Past Immaculata,
18-3
Sophomore midfielder Lauren Finkel scored a
career-high six goals and assisted on three others to help lead
visiting Haverford past Immaculata, 18-3, Thursday afternoon in
non-conference women's lacrosse action. Seven other Fords registered
at least one point in the convincing victory. The win improves
Haverford's record to 6-8 overall, while the loss drops Immaculata
