#2 Ursinus Escapes Haverford with 2-1 Win
Haverford sophomore attack Ariel Herm deflected a pass from senior teammate Colleen Farrell into the cage 17:05 into the game to give the host Fords an early 1-0 lead over 2nd-ranked Ursinus. The Bears managed to rally past a strong Fords defense with two unanswered goals, escaping the Main Line with a narrow 2-1 Centennial Conference victory over the host Fords Saturday afternoon. The Bears improve to 3-1 overall on the year while the Fords drop to 2-4. It was both teams first CC game of the season. more...

Widener Rallies Past Haverford, 3-2
Visiting Widener scored two goals in the final 4:54 to rally past host Haverford, 3-2, in non-conference field hockey action Tuesday afternoon. Senior attack Colleen Farrell scored a game-high three goals and added her first assist of the season as host Haverford cruised past visiting College of Notre Dame (Md.) 7-0 Thursday afternoon in a non-conference field hockey game. Farrell Named Centennial Co-Offensive Field Hockey Player of the Week
Senior attack Colleen Farrell has been named the Centennial Conference Co-Offensive Field Hockey Player of the Week. Farrell tied two Haverford field hockey program records, scoring a career-high four goals and totaling eight points to help lead Haverford to a 4-0 shutout victory over Oswego Sunday afternoon at the Stevens Tech.
