In 1994, rap musician Reggie Rockstone Ossei returned to his native Ghana and sparked a musical revolution. Living the HipLip traces the birth of hiplife (a fusion of highlife and hip hop), focusing on its many layers of music and culture (USA/Ghana, 2007, 61 min.).
Moderated by filmmaker Jesse Shipley and special musical guest.
