1.         Please provide a clear, detailed 5-page description of the proposed project. Paste your response below this question. Use the following guideline to structure your essay:

- a)       Purpose: Why are you doing this project, etc?

- b)      Literature Review: What do we know from available scholarship about this topic and how will your work and research enhance this existing knowledge?

- c)       Research Questions: What are your principal research questions and/or service objectives?

- d)       Method: What are you actually going to do to achieve your goals? What research methods do you plan to use?

2.        In what ways will your project enhance or be part of your overall experience at Haverford? What background (courses, work experience) do you bring to this endeavor?(5 or more lines)
3.        In what ways will this project be beneficial to the community or communities in which you will be based? (5 or more lines)
4.        What steps have you taken to ensure that the project will be completed as proposed and on time?  Please give specific details demonstrating the planning you have already done for your project. (5 or more lines)

5.        If applicable, please include documentation of support for your proposed project from collaborating agencies (i.e. letter from an organization to which you will be attached, etc)
