Applying to Haverford: Admission Process Timeline
| September 3 | Semester I classes begin (the Office of Admission is closed for Labor Day). |
| September 17 | Regular campus tour schedule resumes, and first day for overnight visits. |
| September 22 | First Saturday that the Admission Office is open for tours and interviews. |
| October 15-21 | Fall Break (The Office of Admission is open Monday through Friday of this week; but there are no tours and no overnight stays available. We are closed on Saturday, October 20) |
| November 15 | Early Decision applications due. |
| November 22- 25 | Thanksgiving Break (the Office of Admission is closed) |
| December 8 | Last Saturday that the Admission Office is open. |
| December 13 | Last day for Semester I overnight visits. |
| December 14 | Last day of classes for Semester I; last day campus tours are available for Semester I. |
| December 15 | Early Decision notification date. |
| December 22 – 30 | All-College Winter Break (the Office of Admission is closed) |
| December 22 to January 21 | Winter Break for students (there will be no classes available, and only a limited tour schedule.) |
| January 4 | Last day to interview on campus. |
| January 15 | Regular Decision applications due |
| January 22 | First day of classes for Semester II. |
| January 31 | Last day for an alumni interview. |
| February 4 | Regular campus tour schedule resumes. |
| March 8-16 | Student Spring Break (there are no classes, tours, or information sessions available during this time). |
| March 13-14 | All-College Spring Break (the Office of Admission is closed). |
| March 17 | On-campus interviews resume. |
| March 31 | Transfer applications due. |
| April 1 | Regular Decision notification date. |
| May 2 | Last day of classes; last day campus tours are available until summer schedule begins. |
| May 15 | Transfer application decision date. |
| May 18 | Commencement. |
| May 27 | Summer campus tour schedule begins. |
