Order The Record The Record: Order Your Book

To order a book for yourself, simply go online and place your order before April 27, 2012:

  1. Go to: http://jostensyearbooks.com?REF=A07211500
  2. On the left hand side of the screen, click "add to cart."
  3. The next page will ask if you'd like to personalize the cover of your book (name, class year, etc.). Please note that there will be an extra charge if you'd like to personalize the book. If you don't want to personalize, click "no thanks" at the top right of the screen.
  4. Enter your student's information on the next screen. Click the "checkout" button on top right-hand side of the screen.
  5. When submitting your order, please fill out all of your information as requested. Be sure to enter the address to which the book will be mailed in October 2012.

Senior Portraits The Record: Senior Portraits

It's time to have your senior portraits taken for the 2013 Yearbook, your senior book!

It's simple to sign up, just do the following:

  1. Log on to: http://www.ouryear.com
  2. Enter school code # 255
  3. Select a date Mon(11/26/12), Tues (11/27/12), Wed (11/28/12), or Thurs (11/28/12)
  4. Select a time
  5. Fill out your personal info (name, email address, etc.)
  6. Hit the "schedule it" button!

The photography company advises that men traditionally wear a suit and women traditionally wear a nice blouse to have their photos taken. This year, Senior Portraits will be taken in WCC 313.

There is NO CHARGE to have your photo taken. ALL SENIORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO HAVE A PHOTO TAKEN!!!

If when you go to register there is no longer a time that works for your schedule, please call the photography company directly so they can manually add you to the schedule on one of the days: 1-800-687-9327.

A parent/senior ad is a great way to congratulate your student on his or her success at Haverford.

The size and type of ads vary. The choices are as follows:

  • Full Page $375
  • Half Page $275
  • Quarter Page $150
  • Eighth Page$75

If you would like to place a parent/senior ad, please download the order form, complete it, and mail it with the Ad*, and check to:

Ad submissions for the 2012 Record are due May 3, 2013. For more information, write to BlackSquirrelYearbook@gmail.com or call 610-896-4245.

* If you are using Photographs in your Ad, please try not to reduce the size or quality of the photo that you take before you send it. Try to avoid using photos from a website or web gallery. Photos should be the highest resolution possible to ensure the best results for print purposes. If you wish to e-mail in (or send in a disc) with an electronic version of the Ad, that is also acceptable.
