The Office: Student Event & Performance Planning
Would you like to reserve space on campus?
First, look at the campus calendar of events to see what else is going on the day you hope to have your event. Then, simply complete all fields on this form (below) to the best of your ability to reserve a space for a student event or performance in a campus space. Exceptions: Athletic Spaces, CPGC Cafe, Hurford Center for Arts & Humanities, Multicultural Center, and the Union Classrooms.
Special Spaces
To reserve Alumni Fieldhouse, CPGC Cafe, Humanities Center, Multicultural Center, and the Union Classrooms please contact the appropriate representative.
To reserve a space on campus for a student meeting or rehearsal, please fill out the Meeting/Rehearsal Planning Form.
