*Reservations for all events must be made AT MINIMUM 10 days in advance, preferably 2-3 weeks in advance if you are requesting any type of additional support (ie. chairs & tables set up, A/V or podium use, Classroom smart technology, Sound/Lighting Crew, Speaker set up, Stage set up etc.)

*If you send this reservation in after 12pm on Friday afternoon, it is unlikely that your reservation will be processed before Monday morning, at the earliest, as the SAO is closed on Weekends.
