Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Haverticket Events:
If you have been guaranteed a ticket and can no longer attend the event, you must email us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the listed bus departure time, so that we can release your ticket to someone else.
If you fail to inform us that you need to release the ticket, you will receive one (1) warning email. If you fail to notify us a second time, you will lose the privilege of signing up for more FAB Haverticket Events for the remainder of the semester.
Please be considerate of this opportunity to travel off-campus to attend free shows and events! When students forget to cancel, we are left with unused tickets that others (who really wanted to attend the trip) could have otherwise utilized. While we understand that sometimes emergencies come up that no one can foresee, we hope that this new policy will prevent the majority of no-shows in the future.
