Occasionally, the College Information Resources Helpdesk receives problem reports from alums about their alumni forwarding account. Though we would love to help you, this service is provided by an outside company (IAC) which also maintains the alumni portal my.haverford.edu. So, though alumni forwarding accounts have @alum.haverford.edu as part of the address, your email does not flow through campus email servers that we maintain.

Haverford's online community vendor (IAC) handles help or technical support requests related to alumni e-mail forwarding and the alumni portal my.haverford.edu. If you have problems or questions about your alumni forwarding account, contact IAC at:
