ACC Computer Disposal Service

Did you know that your computer system contains hazardous materials such as lead and mercury? Don't send that old computer to a regular landfill.

Instead, Haverford students, faculty and staff members may bring their systems to Stokes 204 during Helpdesk hours, Monday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ACC will dispose of your systems in an environmentally responsible way.

We charge $20 per system (or $15 per monitor, $5 per CPU, $5 per printer, and $1 per keyboard, if delivered separately) to cover our costs. This fee applies to personally owned computers.

For institutionally owned systems, check with your computing center (Academic or Administrative Computing) as costs and policies vary.
