Storage, Webpublish, and Email Maintenance 8/7 and 8/14The message below was originally sent to all Haverford community members on Monday, August 3rd at approximately 11:45 AM. To: All Haverford Community Members Over the next two weekends (8/7-8/8 and 8/14-8/15), Networking and Systems will be upgrading software on storage network that supports the email system, Webpublish, and the Storage server. Friday, August 7th at 10:00 PM to Saturday, August 8th at 6:00 AM During this interruption, web content creators will be unable to post changes on the college web site through Webpublish. In addition, individual and student group profiles on the college website will be unavailable for changes. The website management tool (/manage), used by privileged web publishers, will also be unavailable. The college web site, www.haverford.edu, will continue to serve pages throughout the service interruption. Members of the college community should also note that Storage will also be unavailable throughout the maintenance period. Friday, August 14th at 10:00 PM – Saturday, August 15th at 6:00 AM During mail system interruption, users will not be able to send and receive email messages via college mail servers. Squirrelmail (web based email access) will be unavailable as well. No mail will be lost during the maintenance period.
