Install the Xerox Print
Drivers
Install the correct print driver
for your Macintosh.
Before you can print
to the Xerox machines from a Macintosh, you need to
download and install the proper install
drivers, then add the printer in your
Mac's Print Center.
- Close the Print Center, if the Print Center utility is
open.
- Download correct printer
drivers by clicking on
the link for your Xerox model.

- Double-click on your downloaded
drivers to install them,
accepting defaults when prompted
by the installer packages.
- Reboot your Macintosh.
You must reboot
your system for the drivers to appear
in the Print Center.
- Follow the instructions for adding a networked printer to your computer. Make sure you select the driver you just downloaded and installed.
- Continue to Step 2: Set
up the Xerox Accounting Feature.
