Spring 2014

Deepening acquaintance with Latin language and literature through close reading of a Roman comedy. Review of Classical Latin grammar by comparison with Archaic Latin. Additional emphasis on colloquial Latin, meter, stagecraft, and reception. Class will stage a public performance!
