Courses: Microfinance: Theory, Practice and Challenges (ECONH206B01)

An exploration of microfinance as an alternative approach to meeting the financial needs of the poor and, ideally, to assist in their current and future well-being. The course will provide theoretical explanations for its methodology, evaluate empirical research into its impacts and debate important issues in its practice. Lottery preference to PEAC Concentrators.
