Development of language ability in the areas of modern Chinese literature, history and/or philosophy. Speaking and reading skills are equally emphasized through a consideration of the intellectual, historical and social significance of representative works. Drills & one-hour practicum TBA.
Prerequisites: First Sem of 4th Yr. Chinese or consent.
