Courses: Foundation Printmaking: Monotype (ARTSH124D01)

Basic printmaking techniques in Monotype medium. Painterly methods, direct drawing, stencils, brayer techniques for beginners in printmaking will be taught. Color, form, shape, and somposition in 2-D format will be explored. Individual and group critiques will be employed.
Prerequisites: Preference to declared majors who need Foundations, and to those who have entered the lottery for the same Foundations course at least once without success. Lottery conducted by Prof. on the first day of class.
