Topics and themes in the Philosophy of Law, including: the rule of law, positivism, natural law, the social function of law, legal realism, rule skepticism, critical legal studies, feminist jurisprudence, the normative and aspirational aspects of law, international vs domestic law, humanitarian intervention, and transitional justice.
