Courses: Neuroscience of Mental Illness (PSYCH370B01)
Spring 2010
Examines neuroscientific approaches to psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, and schizophrenia. This seminar will draw upon primary scientific research literature investigating neurophysiological and cognitive neuroscience correlates of psychopathology. Both promises and limitations of current knowledge will be evaluated.
Prerequisites: One 200-level course in biological psychology, such as HC Psyc 217, 250, or 260, or BMC Psyc 218
