This seminar provides students with a collaborative forum to
facilitate the exchange of ideas and broaden their perspective and
understanding of research approaches used in various sub-disciplines
of biology. There will be a focus on the presentation, interpretation
and discussion of data, and communication of scientific findings to
diverse audiences. In addition, students write, defend and publicly
present a paper on their supervised research project. Three hours of
class discussion each week. Co-requisite: enrollment in the second
semester of BIOL403.
