The focus for fall 2009 will be the Economics of Personal Finance
including the analysis of incentives for investing in human and
financial capital, saving and borrowing as inter-temporal exchange,
the determinants of financial literacy, and the personal and national
consequences of financial illiteracy. Students should have taken or
be taking Personal Finance PE B010. Enrollment limited to 30
