An inquiry into the ideological and conceptual dimensions of American foreign policy since 9/11, with consideration of the remifications for major policy issues, regional and global; e.g. war on terrorism, Middle East, role of the U.N., crisis in Africa.
Prerequisites: One course in international relations or comparative government. Sophomore standing or above.
