Courses: Protein Design (BIOLH357H01)

Spring 2009

This course will take a quantitative approach to the study of protein folding and protein structure using the primary research literature. We will particularly focus on these issues as they relate to function. Topics will include protein: DNA interactions, protein: protein interactions, and chaperones and their role in protein folding. Enrollment limited to 15 students.

Prerequisites: Biology 200 and 300b or consent of instructor.
