This course explores ethical and methodological challenges
encountered in research in clinical and developmental psychology.
Institutional Review Procedures (IRB) are reviewed and discussed.
Students regularly present their research in this course.
Methodological challenges, such as instrument development, validity
challenges, and recruitment are discussed. The class also focuses on
strategies for presenting and writing up research for academic and
professional audiences.
