Courses: The Economic Analysis of Law (ECONH309B01)

The course provides an overview of standard economic models of the law, covering core areas such as conflict over property rights, the economic logic of damages for breach of contract and compensation for accidents, and extensions to family law and criminal law. The course is based mainly on American experience.
