This course will develop an understanding of the molecular mechanisms that regulate stem cell self-renewal and differentiation. These issues will be examined by exploring the primary literature on topics such as hematopoietic (bone marrow) stem cells and their use as therapeutic agents.
Prerequisites: Bio300b or consent of the instructor
